Auron in Claude connects your organization to Claude through the Model Context Protocol, so a Claude conversation can read and act on your Auron data without switching to another app.
How it works
Auron runs a real MCP server, authenticated the same way any OAuth2 client would be. Once connected, Claude has access to a small set of general-purpose tools rather than one tool per feature. It discovers what's available and calls into it live, so new capability added to the underlying API shows up in Claude without Auron needing to ship a Claude-specific update.
What this is good for
Anything that reads more naturally as a question in a conversation than a trip to a dashboard: what happened in yesterday's call with an account, whether anyone flagged a risk on a deal this week, drafting a follow-up based on what was agreed. Claude does the reasoning; Auron supplies the actual organizational context behind the answer.
