What Auron does, the two apps you use it through, and where to find each part of it.
Auron turns real conversations into structured, queryable intelligence. An agent joins a meeting or a chat, the conversation is captured as evidence, and what mattered in it comes back as signals, summaries, artefacts and reports attached to the account, patient or property it was about.
There are two ways in, and they do different halves of the job.
Web console
Where an organization is set up and read: agents and their instructions, entities and records, knowledge, toolkits, automations, signal definitions, analytics, and administration.
Mobile app
Where the work happens away from a desk: open a record, start a voice call or a chat, dictate a voice note, and read what came out of it. Voice notes work with no connection.
How it works
A conversation enters Auron. An agent joins a meeting or a call, or you type to it in a chat, or you upload a transcript of something that happened elsewhere.
It is captured as evidence. A time-coded transcript and its session metadata become the record that everything downstream points back at.
Intelligence is extracted. Summaries, and signals: the decisions, requirements, risks and commitments in the conversation, each one carrying the quote it came from.
Shared context is updated. Signals accumulate against the entity record, so the next conversation about that account starts from what the last one established.
Follow-through is triggered. Automations fire around the session, and can pause to ask a person to approve something. Where execution belongs in your own systems, Auron tells them what happened rather than trying to own the workflow.
