Set Up Your Organization
The first configuration steps after an organization is created.
An organization is Auron's top-level container. Every agent, record, knowledge store and user belongs to exactly one. Setting it up is a short, linear sequence before anyone else should start using it.
Order of operations
Start with general settings: name, domain and the basic identity of the organization, covered in General. Bring in the first admins who'll help configure things before opening the organization up more broadly, covered in Users & Teams. Confirm who should land as an owner, an admin, or a regular user by default, covered in Roles & Permissions. Then configure the first agent, since nothing can capture a conversation until at least one exists, and attach it to the knowledge and entities it should organize information around.
Why order matters here
Roles and access are enforced from the moment a second person joins; there's no ungated setup period. Getting the first admins and roles right before broader invites go out avoids having to walk back access later.
