Meetings and chats
Running a voice session in the browser, working in a chat, and everything a session produces.
A session is one piece of work with an agent, and comes in two kinds: a meeting, which is voice with a transcript, and a chat, which is text. Both are scoped to an organization, usually linked to an entity record, and both produce signals, artefacts and reports.
They can be started from Home, from the Activities table, or from an agent's own Activities tab.
Meetings in the browser
A meeting opens with a pre-join step, where you check your microphone and camera before anything is live. Once you join, the agent is in the room with you.
During the meeting you get the live transcript as it is spoken, the participants, and the agent's current mode. The agent's mode can be changed mid-meeting, which is how you decide whether it stays silent, answers when asked, actively probes, or synthesises what has been agreed. The four modes are described in voice calls on mobile; they are the same modes and the same behaviour.
Meetings can also be joined from a link, which is how someone outside the console takes part.
Once a meeting is over, the same screen holds the transcript, its summary, and whatever was generated from it.
Chats
A chat is a text session with the same agent and the same record. Replies stream in as they are written, and can include charts, tables and cards alongside the text. Each lookup the agent runs shows up in the reply at the point it ran, so the text either side of it stays separate. Reasoning is collapsed into a Chain of Thought trace you can open.
A chat can be converted into a meeting when a conversation outgrows typing.
What a session gives you
Transcript and messages. Individual messages can be starred. Transcripts can be exported.
Summary. A written account of what the session covered.
Signals. What Auron detected inside it, with the quote each one came from. See Signals.
Reports. Generated from the session against a prompt you write, and readable in the console or shareable as a document.
Artefacts. A structured extraction across the whole transcript, producing a titled document.
Automations. Anything attached to the agent that fires when the session starts, ends, or has its summary ready. See Automations.
Phone calls
Where an agent has a phone number assigned, its calls appear alongside its other sessions. Assigning the number is done in the agent's configuration; see Agents.
