Ask Auron
A chat about the organization's own data, across records, sessions and signals.
Ask Auron answers questions about the organization rather than about one conversation. It is the right place for anything that spans records: which accounts have gone quiet, where a risk signal keeps appearing, how many sessions an agent ran last month.
Asking
Type a question. The answer streams back, and can include stat cards, charts, tables and expandable lists alongside the prose, so a question about a trend comes back as a chart rather than a paragraph describing one.
Lookups appear in the answer where they ran, named, so you can see what it consulted and where the reply picks back up. The reasoning behind them is available as a Chain of Thought trace if you want to check the working.
Chats are kept
Each conversation is saved and named after your first question, so the list reads as a set of questions. Chats can be renamed, cleared and deleted.

What it already knows about you
You never have to introduce yourself. Ask Auron starts each question knowing who you are (name, email, your role in the organization and the teams you belong to), what the current date and time are, which entity types the organization has, and which records are assigned to you. So "what have I got left this week" resolves without a round of questions, and "my accounts" means the ones you hold rather than every account in the organization. When nothing is assigned to you, it answers organization-wide and says so.
What it can see
It answers from the organization you are in, and respects what you have access to. It reads your records, sessions, signals and analytics; it does not read another organization's anything.
When to use something else
For a written document about one record over a period, use Reports. For charts you want to keep looking at, use Analytics. Ask Auron is for the question you have right now.
