Analytics
Usage dashboards and signal dashboards for the organization, and how to ask for a chart that is missing.
Analytics has two halves: what your organization is doing with Auron, and what Auron is finding.
Platform usage
Counts and trends for activity across the organization:
- Meetings and chats, and how many of each were created, started, completed or errored.
- Agent minutes and user minutes, as totals and over time.
- Daily and monthly active users, and who has gone dormant.
- Active entities, and entities with no labels on them.
- Activity per agent.
The entity numbers are the ones worth watching early on. Untagged entities usually mean records are being created faster than anyone is organizing them.
Signal dashboards
Charts built from what has been detected across sessions:
- How signal volume is trending.
- How confident the detections are.
- Which agents are contributing the most signals.
- How signals group by entity.
There is also a signal feed, the same one attached to individual sessions, read across the whole organization.
Signals themselves, and how detection is configured, are covered in Signals.
Requesting a chart
Request Chart takes a description of a chart or metric you want on this dashboard and sends it to the Auron team. It is the intended route for a metric you keep wanting and cannot build, rather than a self-service chart builder.
For a one-off question, Ask Auron will usually produce the chart directly.
