Home
The debrief launcher, and the activity list underneath it.
Home has two parts: a launcher at the top for starting something, and the activity list underneath for picking up something you already started.
The debrief launcher
The launcher walks you through four choices in order, so you never have to remember what a session needs before you begin.
1. Pick a record. Entities are listed with their records underneath, searchable and paged. If the record does not exist yet, you can create it inline without leaving Home.
2. Pick an agent. Only the agents available for that record's entity type are offered.
3. Pick what kind of debrief. Four options:
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Voice, now | Opens a live voice session with the agent |
| Chat, now | Opens a text session with the agent |
| Schedule | Books the session for a date and time later |
| Upload transcript | Takes a transcript you already have and turns it into a session |
4. Confirm. The session is created and opened.
Upload transcript is worth knowing about: it means a conversation that happened outside Auron, in a room with no phone and no agent, can still be turned into a session with signals, artefacts and reports attached to the right record.
The activity list
Below the launcher is the same list as the Activities screen: every meeting and chat in the organization, most recent first, with search, filters and the signals panel.
Having it on Home means the most common case, coming back to something from this morning, takes no navigation at all.
