Activities

Every meeting and chat in the organization, in a table you can search, filter and read signals beside.

Activities is the organization's whole session history in one table. Where the mobile History tab is built for finding one thing you did, this is built for looking across everything.

The table

Each row is a meeting or a chat, with its title, the agent that ran it, the entity record it is about, who created it, and its labels. A meeting that is still live offers Join Meeting on the row.

Search runs across activities. Filters narrow by agent, entity, creator and label, and combine.

Calendar mode

A toggle switches the table for a calendar, which is the better view when what you want is "what is happening this week" rather than "what happened". Scheduled sessions appear on their day.

The signals panel

Alongside the table sits a panel showing the signals detected in the selected session. It means you can work down a list of yesterday's calls and read what Auron found in each one without opening any of them.

Signals themselves are covered in Signals.

Starting something new

The New button starts a session from here rather than sending you back to Home, with the same choices: a voice session, a chat, a scheduled session, or a transcript you upload.

Opening a session

Clicking a row opens the session, which is where the transcript, the signals, the automations and the artefacts for it live. See Meetings and chats.
