Integrations
Connecting Auron to the other systems your organization uses.
An integration connects Auron to an external service your organization already uses, so context can flow in both directions instead of living only inside Auron.
What's available
Integrations are added from a catalog of supported providers. Outlook Calendar covers meetings; OneDrive, SharePoint and Google Drive cover cloud storage; and HubSpot covers CRM. The catalog is structured to grow as more providers are added. Connecting one authorizes Auron against that service directly; it isn't a webhook you have to wire up by hand.
An owner or admin enables a provider once for the organization, then each member connects their own account to it. Access to storage providers is read-only.

Reading documents from a folder
Connecting a storage provider is also what makes integration flows possible: a watched folder whose documents become entity records, with a person approving each result before it is written.
Keeping a CRM in step
Connecting HubSpot enables the HubSpot integration: contacts, companies and deals synced into entity records on a schedule, and Auron's own output written back to the CRM once a person approves it.
HubSpot differs from the others in one important way. A storage connection is scoped to what the person who made it can see, whereas a HubSpot token authorizes the entire portal, so whoever connects grants Auron access to every contact, company and deal in it. It is also enabled per organization rather than being offered to everyone by default.
Webhooks
Separately from catalog integrations, an organization can configure outbound webhooks: Auron notifying an external system directly when something happens, for systems that aren't in the catalog as a first-class integration. See Webhooks and integrations.
Where this is managed
Integrations are connected from the console under Webhooks and integrations. Connecting works the same way on the phone; the browser sends you to the service and back. See Integrations on mobile.
