Usage and plan covers what your organization is provisioned for and how much of it has actually been used, the two things that determine whether you need to change plans or just wait for the next billing cycle.
What's tracked
Usage is metered per organization, covering the metrics your plan is priced against: session volume and similar activity that scales with how much the organization is actually using Auron for.
Credits
Beyond a plan's included usage, an organization can carry credits from a subscription renewal, a one-time purchase, or a manual adjustment. These draw down as usage accrues rather than being billed separately in the moment.
