Usage and plan
What your organization is consuming, where the credits went, and managing the plan.
Usage
The usage screen reports what the organization is consuming against its plan:
- Active agents.
- Active skills.
- Active conversations.
- Active toolkits.
- Active members.
- Active knowledge stores, and how much material is in them.
Several of these are capped by your plan, and the screen is where you find out how close you are before a creation is refused. Skills and knowledge stores are the two people usually hit first.
Credits
Credit consumption is shown as a history and broken down by what caused it, and by year for the longer view. The breakdown by source is the useful one: it tells you whether your spend is going on voice sessions, chats, reports or signal processing, which is what you would change if you wanted it to be different.
Plan and billing
The plan is managed from here, including moving to a different one and reaching the billing portal for invoices and payment details. Changes made in the portal are reflected back in the console.

Administration, so it is not in the sidebar for members with the user role.
