Users and teams
Inviting people, setting roles, removing members, and grouping them into teams.
Members
The members list holds everyone in the organization with their role. From here you can:
- Invite someone by email. Pending invitations are listed until they are accepted, and can be revoked.
- Change someone's role.
- Remove someone from the organization.
An invitation can be accepted in the console or on the phone; either way it shows up in both.
Roles
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including transferring ownership and deleting the organization |
| Admin | Everything operational: configuration, administration, reports |
| User | Use agents, run sessions, post to the feed. Configuration screens are read-only |
| Guest | Read the organization and its conversations |

Teams
Teams group members so things can be attached to a group rather than to people one at a time. A team has a name and an avatar, and members are added and removed from it.
Teams matter because several things are attached to them:
- Agents, so a team's people can use them.
- Skills.
- Knowledge stores.
- Access to entity records.
Setting up teams to mirror how your organization actually splits up work is what keeps the access screens manageable as the number of records grows.
