The six charts on Home, scoping two of them to an entity, and why each one loads on its own.
Insights is the third tab on Home. It is not part of the stream: it is a fixed set of six charts about your organization, so it ends rather than scrolling forever, and there is nothing on it to like or comment on.

The six cards

The figures are the same ones the web console's analytics pages draw, so a number here matches a number there. Nothing on this tab is per-person: the charts describe the organization, not you.
Scoping to an entity
Where the work is and Coming up each carry a chip in their header, reading All records until you set it. Tapping it opens a picker of your organization's entities, and choosing one narrows both cards to records of that kind. Coming up takes the entity's name into its title, so it reads Coming up in Accounts.
The choice is remembered on the phone, per organization, so it survives closing the app and does not follow you when you switch organizations. It is device-local, so the same choice made on your laptop is not waiting here.
The other four cards are organization-wide and have no chip.
When something is missing
Each card fetches its own figures and fails on its own. One analytics call being unavailable puts an error on that one card and leaves the other five drawn, rather than blanking the tab.
A card with nothing to draw yet says so in its own words: no calls yet against these records, no signals to trend, no recorded minutes in the last 30 days.
Who can see it
Owners, admins and users. Guests cannot read analytics, in the app or in the console. See Roles and access.
