Automations in a session

The Automations tab inside a meeting or chat, showing what is bound to that session's agent.

Every session has an Automations tab. It lists the automations bound to that session's agent, so before a call you can see what is going to happen around it, and after a call you can see whether it did.

What a card shows

Each automation appears with the status of its latest run and how long ago that was. In a meeting, the run shown is scoped to that meeting where possible, so you are reading what happened for this call rather than for the agent in general. In a chat there is no meeting to scope to, so the card falls back to the automation's recent runs.

Cards expand to show that run's stages, the same stage view as the run detail screen.

Approvals come first

If one of these automations is waiting on an approval, its card is expanded already and outlined, so the thing that needs a decision is open when you arrive rather than one tap away.

Draft chats

In a chat that has not been sent yet, this tab is dimmed and locked along with Signals and Artifacts, because there is no session behind it until the first message goes. See Chats.

Changing them

Nothing on this tab is editable. Automations are authored on the web, and the phone can run one on demand and answer its approvals. See The Automations tab.
