The knowledge graph is the connected view of everything Auron holds for an organization: entities and their records, the stakeholders attached to them, and the sessions that produced each connection.
What it's built from
Nothing in the graph is entered separately from the work itself. Every link comes from something that actually happened: a conversation that mentioned a person, a record referenced in a meeting, a signal detected in a session tied to an account. The graph is a byproduct of capture, not a data-entry exercise layered on top of it.
What it's for
It lets you see everything connected to a record in one place instead of piecing it together conversation by conversation, follow a relationship outward from an account to its stakeholders and from a stakeholder to the other accounts they touch, and give an agent enough surrounding context to answer a question about an account without every relevant fact having been repeated in the current session.
In the console, this view is exposed directly as Knowledge graph. On the phone it's threaded through record and stakeholder screens instead of shown as its own graph view.
