Stakeholders
The people connected to an entity, and how Auron tracks their role and influence.
A stakeholder is a person Auron has identified as connected to an entity: a contact on an account, a decision-maker on a deal, a patient's family member. It's tracked independently of any single conversation.
Where stakeholders come from
Auron doesn't ask anyone to maintain a contact list by hand. Names mentioned across sessions are identified and linked back to the entity they belong to, and the same person mentioned in two different conversations is recognized as one stakeholder instead of two. When a mention is ambiguous, a new name that might be an existing stakeholder under a different spelling, or a genuinely new person, it's queued for review instead of merged or created automatically.
What a stakeholder record carries
It carries the entity or entities they're connected to, the sessions and conversations they've been mentioned or present in, and whatever role or relationship context has been inferred from those mentions.
Why this matters
A deal, an account or a case usually involves more than one person, and who is actually influencing it changes over time. Tracking stakeholders separately from the entity itself is what lets Auron answer whether anyone else is involved and whether a given person has gone quiet, instead of describing the account as a single undifferentiated thing.
