Answers to the questions that come up most often.
Do I need to use the mobile app, the web console, or both?
Neither is a reduced version of the other. The console is where configuration happens: agents, automations, entity types, users. The app is built for capturing conversations in the field. Most organizations use both, admins configuring from the console and everyone capturing from wherever they already are. See Use Auron.
Does connecting Auron to Claude or ChatGPT give it access to everything?
No. Access is scoped to whatever was granted at connection time, checked against the connecting user's role, the same permission model enforced everywhere else in Auron.
Can I use Auron without either of its own front ends?
Yes. See Headless / Custom UI. The API is the same one the console and app use.
Why didn't a signal get detected on something that was clearly said?
Signal detection depends on what's been configured. See Signals. If nothing was configured to watch for it, it won't be surfaced, however clear it was in the transcript.
Who can see a given record?
Access is set by role plus per-record grants. See Access for how the two combine.
