Troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common problems, organized by symptom.
Can't sign in
Check you're signing into the right organization's domain. A sign-in loop is usually a domain mismatch, not a credential problem. See Onboarding & Sign In.
Signals aren't showing up
A session happened but nothing was extracted or surfaced. Confirm a signal is actually configured for what you're expecting, and that it's attached to the agent that ran the session. See Signals.
An automation didn't run
Check whether it's trigger-based or manual-only, and whether it's paused waiting on an approval rather than having failed outright. See Automation Runs for a run's actual status.
Mobile app won't sync
Changes made offline aren't appearing, or the app looks stuck on old data. See Offline & Sync for what syncs automatically and what doesn't.
Auron in Claude or ChatGPT stopped working
The connection may have been revoked, or a required scope may no longer be granted. Reconnect and re-approve. See Setting Up Auron in Claude or Setting Up Auron in ChatGPT.
