History
One list of past calls, chats, voice notes and Ask Auron chats, plus a calendar of your calls, with search, filters and row actions.
The History tab merges four things into one list sorted by recency and grouped by age: voice calls, chats, voice notes and Ask Auron chats. It is the answer to "what was that thing I did on Tuesday".
The small two-way switch on the right of the top bar flips between that list and a calendar of your calls, the same switch you get on the Entities tab. It swaps in place on the same screen, and the search box and filter button stay above whichever view you are in, so what you have typed and set carries across.
Narrowing it down
Four chips across the top switch which sources are in the list: All, Sessions, Voice Notes, Auron Chat.
Search sits above them and waits a moment after you stop typing before it runs. Calls and chats are searched on the server, voice notes and Ask Auron chats are searched on the phone, and you should not notice the difference.
The filter button opens a fuller set of facets, all of which apply to calls and chats:
- Agent
- Date, as everything after a given day
- Type, call or chat
- Labels
- Meeting status
- Entity
- Owner, with you offered first
- Sort, newest or oldest first
Voice notes and Ask Auron chats stay in the list while these are on rather than vanishing from it, so switching on a date filter does not silently empty two of your four categories.
Open the same button from the calendar and two of those facets are gone: type and sort. The calendar shows calls only and its order is fixed by the dates, so setting either would do nothing; they are hidden rather than left there doing nothing. The count on the button follows the same rule, so it never promises results the calendar will not show.
Everything else works, date included. Date sets a floor the calendar narrows to: in timeline and week it trims the list to that day onwards, and in month it thins the dots to the days that qualify. Page back past the cutoff and the month comes up empty, which is the filter doing what you asked. Agent, labels, status, entity and owner behave as they do in the list, and so does search. Whatever you had set in the list is kept, not cleared, and comes back when you switch to it.
The calendar
The calendar shows calls only. Chats, voice notes and Ask Auron chats have no scheduled time, only the moment you happened to create them, so they would land on the grid in places that do not mean anything. They stay in the list, which is where the source chips live.
Three modes sit across the top:
Timeline is one continuous scroll back through what you have already done, a heading for each day, starting at today. It is the mode to open when you do not know the date you are looking for. It stops at today rather than running on into what is booked ahead; for that, use week or month, or the upcoming card in the list.
Week is the same continuous list with a seven-day strip pinned above it. The strip is a read-out of where you are, not a filter: scroll and the highlight moves along it, and when you pass into an earlier week the strip redraws to that week. Nothing stops or reloads at a week boundary, so it scrolls as freely as the timeline does.
It works as a jump too. Tap a day in the strip and the list scrolls to it; the arrows and a swipe across the strip move a week at a time. Days with nothing on them are skipped rather than shown empty, so tapping one lands you on the nearest day that has something.
Month is the familiar grid. Dots under a date mean calls that day, coloured by how each one ended, up to three and then a count. Today has a ring around it. Tap any date to see that day's calls underneath the grid, including the greyed-out dates from the months either side.
In week and month, the arrows either side of the title move a period at a time, and swiping left or right across the grid or the strip does the same. Once you have moved off the current period a Today button appears next to the title to bring you back.
Upcoming sessions
Scheduled sessions are kept out of the list itself, because they have not happened yet. When no filters are on, a card at the top shows the next one coming up and opens the full list of scheduled sessions.
Week and month need no such card: a session scheduled for next Thursday simply sits on next Thursday, so page forward and it is there.
Row actions
Long press a row for the actions that apply to it. In the calendar, long pressing a call gets you the same sheet as in the list.
| Row | Actions |
|---|---|
| A call or chat | Edit its title and description, star the record it is about, delete it |
| A voice note | Analyse, attach to a record, rename, delete |
| An Ask Auron chat | Rename, delete |
Loading more
Calls and chats arrive a page at a time as you scroll. Voice notes and Ask Auron chats are already loaded in full, so load more only ever fetches more of the first two.
Timeline and week page the same way, off one shared list, which is why switching between those two is instant. Month instead fetches its whole grid in one go, which is why its dots are all correct the moment it appears. A month holding more than 300 calls is cut off there, with a note under the day's list saying so.
