Favorites and recents

How Jump back in and Most Recent decide what to show, and how to curate them.

The app keeps two short lists of records so you do not have to search for the same account every morning.

Favorites are the records you starred, newest star first. They are entirely yours to control.

Most used is up to twenty records, ranked by how many times you have opened them and then by how recently. Opening a record you already use often pushes it above one you use just as often but less lately.

What counts as a use

Opening a record, and starting a call, a chat or a voice note from it. That means the list follows the work rather than the browsing: the accounts you actually deal with rise, the ones you looked at once do not.

Where they show up

Jump back in on Home shows favorites first, then most used, up to twelve cards.

Most Recent is the same set as a full-width list with search and a star on every row. Tapping a row here opens the session picker directly, so you can start a call, a chat or a scheduled session without going through the record screen.

Manage favorites lets you browse your entities and drill into records to star them, for when you want to set up shortcuts before you need them rather than after.

Where they live

Both lists are held on the phone, against the domain and organization they belong to. Switching organization gives you that organization's shortcuts. Switching phone gives you none, since these lists are not synced. See Staying in sync and working offline.
