Staying in sync and working offline
When the app refreshes itself, what it keeps on the phone, and what still works with no signal.
Live updates
You should not need to pull to refresh. When something changes, whether a colleague posts to the feed, a report finishes, or a signal is detected in a session, the screen you are looking at updates itself. Calls and chats update as they happen, and a transcript catches up on its own if the connection drops for a moment.
Work in progress
Anything that takes a while checks on itself and then stops. Research reports, session reports, artefacts, voice note analysis and automation runs all update their status while they are being worked on, and go quiet once they settle. That is why you can leave a report list open and watch a row turn from generating to ready, or watch an automation run move through its stages.

Your shortcuts are stored per person, per organization and per domain, so signing in as someone else on the same phone never shows them your records.
Everything else is fetched when you need it.
With no signal
Voice notes are the part designed for this. You can record as many as you like offline, and they sit on the phone until you have a connection and ask for analysis.
Anything that needs the server waits: calls cannot connect, chats cannot send, the feed, automations and reports cannot load. The app tells you rather than pretending to work.
Switching context
Switching domain or organization clears what was on screen from the previous one, so you never read one tenant's data under another tenant's name. See Domains and Organizations.
