Organizations
Switching workspaces inside a deployment, and accepting invitations from the app.
An organization is a workspace inside a domain. Records, sessions, voice notes, the feed and your notifications all belong to the organization you have selected. The app remembers your choice for each domain and returns to it on the next launch.
Switching organization
The switcher sits at the top of the Menu, and lists the organizations you belong to with their logo, or their initials when there is no logo.
Picking a different one re-scopes the whole app at once: the feed, the record lists, your history and the notification inbox all follow. Your starred and recent records are kept per organization, so switching back returns you to the same shortcuts you left.
Invitations
Invitations to join another organization appear in the same list as the organizations you are already in, with Accept and Reject on the row. There is no separate invitations screen and no need to open an email.
A pending invitation also puts a red dot on the menu button on Home, so you can see there is something waiting without opening the menu.
Roles are per organization
Your role is set per organization, not per person, so you can be an owner in one and a user in another. What each role can do in the app is in Roles and access. The app hides the buttons your role cannot use rather than showing you an error after the fact.
