Meetings and conversations

What the two kinds of session have in common, how they differ, and the four tabs both of them have.

A session is one piece of work with an agent. There are two kinds and they are more alike than not.

A meeting is a live voice call. You talk, the agent listens, and a transcript builds as you go. A conversation is a text chat. You type, the agent replies as it writes.

Both belong to an organization, both are usually linked to a record, and both produce the same things afterwards.

The four tabs

Every session, of either kind, has the same four tabs.

TabWhat is on it
ChatThe transcript, the messages, and the composer
SignalsWhat Auron noticed inside this session
AutomationsThe automations bound to this agent, and their latest runs
ArtefactsReports, extracted documents, video analysis and saved cards

In a chat the last tab reads Artifacts rather than Artefacts. It is the same tab.

In a chat you have not sent yet, only Chat is available. The other three are dimmed and locked until the first message creates the session.

Titles

A session is titled from the record it is about, so a day's work reads as a list of accounts rather than a list of times. You can rename it, and a meeting can regenerate its own title from what was actually discussed.

What comes out of a session

Signals are detected as it goes, and are read-only on the phone. Reports and artefacts are things you ask for. Automations bound to the agent may fire on their own and may ask you to approve something.
