Artefacts and session reports
The reports you ask a session for, the documents it extracts, video analysis, and the cards it saves.
Every session has a tab holding what came out of it. On a call it is labelled Artefacts and in a chat Artifacts; it is the same tab.
Four things can be in it.
Reports
A report is written from the session against a prompt you give it, so "summarise the commercial terms we agreed" and "write this up as a handover note" produce different documents from the same call.
A report moves through queued, generating, and then ready or failed. The list keeps itself up to date while anything is still being written, so you can leave the tab open and watch it land.
A ready report opens full screen, laid out the same way the PDF is so what you read matches what you send, and the share button turns it into a PDF and hands it to your phone's share sheet. This works the same for a report from a call and one from a chat.
Artefacts
An artefact is a single pass over the whole transcript that produces a titled document. Where a report answers your prompt, an artefact extracts the structure that was already there.
Its status reads extracting, extracted or failed, and updates itself the same way reports do.
Video analysis
Videos you upload into a meeting's chat appear here too, showing uploaded, analysing, analysed or failed. The analysis opens on its own once it is finished. Uploading happens in the transcript; see Voice calls.
Saved cards
In a chat, the tab also collects the read-only cards from the thread: the stat cards, charts, tables and expandable lists the agent rendered along the way, each labelled with its own title. Buttons and question sets are left out, since they belong to the conversation. See Interactive answers in chats.
Research reports are separate
The reports here are about one session. A report about a record across a whole quarter is a different thing, made in a different place. See Research reports.
