Signals
The patterns Auron detects inside a call or chat, and how to read a signal card.
A signal is something Auron noticed inside a session: an intent, a risk, a shift in sentiment, a commitment. Which signals exist, what they are called and how they are grouped is configured in the web console, so the set you see is your organization's set rather than a generic one.
Where to find them
Every session has a Signals tab. Tapping a signal update in the feed opens the same list as a screen of its own, showing the signals from that one session.
The list loads more as you scroll and always belongs to a single session, so a signal is always read in the context of the conversation it came from.
Reading a signal card
Each card holds, in order:
- The signal's name.
- A confidence percentage.
- The insight, in a sentence.
- The quote from the conversation it was drawn from, set apart as a quotation.
- The category it belongs to, the agent that was in the session, and the entity it concerns.
- When it was detected.
The quote is the part worth reading first. It is the evidence, and it is what lets you judge whether the interpretation above it is fair.
Read-only on the phone
Signals cannot be edited, dismissed or added by hand from the app. Signal categories and how detection works are configured in the web console. See What you do in the web console.
