Skills
Packaged behaviours you write once and attach to any agent, including importing them from a repository.
A skill is a named piece of behaviour you can attach to more than one agent. Where the canvas is one agent's instructions, a skill is the part worth reusing: a discovery method, a note-taking format, a way of handling objections.
Creating one
A skill has:
- A name and a description.
- A list of instructions, added one at a time. These are the concrete steps.
- A document, written the same way an agent's canvas is, for the longer explanation.
- Labels, and any custom fields your organization has defined.
Importing from a repository
Skills can be imported from GitHub. You point Auron at a repository, browse its tree, and import a skill from it. This is how a skill maintained as a file alongside your other engineering work gets into Auron without being retyped.
Attaching a skill
Skills reach agents in two ways: attached to an agent in its configuration, and attached to teams so a team's agents pick them up.
Plan limits
The number of active skills is capped by your plan. When you hit the cap, creating another is refused until you remove one or your plan changes. Usage against the cap is visible in Usage.
